FACILITIES LEAD

Location: Brisbane CBD
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Lead to take ownership of day-to-day office operations and ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our people and visitors.
Reporting to the Business Support and Facilities Supervisor, you’ll manage a small team of both onshore and offshore staff, oversee the head office front-of-house operations, vendor coordination, compliance tasks, and support office events and ad hoc projects

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the front-of-house and facilities team (onshore & offshore)
  • Manage daily operations including reception overflow, maintenance, access, and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors for services, repairs, and events
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct regular floor walks, and manage reporting
  • Oversee recurring facilities tasks including lease billing, office moves, catering, and audits
  • Raise purchase requests, code invoices, and manage supplier relationships
  • Facilitate travel bookings, camp bookings, and support corporate event set-ups
  • Communicate office updates via internal platforms (e.g., Viva Engage)
  • Employee Support:

o Respond to employee queries related to facilities/office issues.

  • Process Improvement:

o Identify opportunities to optimize Facilities workflows.
o Support Facilities initiatives, including system implementations and change management programs.
