Position Summary The Facilities Lead Technician provides hands-on technical leadership for daily repair and maintenance work across all Woodside Bible Church campuses. This role executes and oversees work orders, ensures facilities are safe and well-maintained, and supports ministry operations through excellent stewardship of buildings and equipment. Depending on experience, this position may serve as a subject-matter expert in HVAC and/or electrical systems.  This is a full-time role, based out of the Troy campus. Woodside Bible Church membership and active participation are required.  Key Responsibilities * Execute and supervise daily maintenance and repair work orders across multiple campuses * Manage FMX maintenance requests from intake through completion with accurate documentation * Participate in the emergency on-call rotation as scheduled * Assist the Facilities Associate Director with coordinating contractors, vendors, staff, and volunteer facilities leaders * Support the general safety, appearance, and functionality of all Woodside facilities * Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience * Strong working knowledge of general facilities maintenance and building systems * Proficiency in multiple trade areas, including carpentry, drywall, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and tile * Mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining tools and equipment * Comfort using digital tools and maintenance management systems * Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and coordinate projects and people * Minimum of 5 years of experience in general building maintenance or facilities management (preferred) * Technical or trade school certification (preferred) Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly * Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and use lifts * Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces as needed Additional Expectations * Self-directed, dependable, and adaptable in a multi-campus environment * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and volunteer teams
