We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic and result oriented "Facilities Lead" to plan facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our operations and Utilities (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Utilities). 2.Develop and review project plans & drawings and assist in Capital equipment’s installation, commissioning and handing over. 3.Coordination with various contractors, architects, suppliers and government agencies as per requirements. 4.Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing electrical, electronics, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems and troubleshooting for problem solving. 5.Project experience with budget, scope & specification, techno-commercial discussion, schedule, plans and execution with commissioning and handing over of system in project timeline. 6.Maintenance activities – Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown with minimum downtime. 7.Own and setup the installation of new systems and Utilities equipment’s, as well as supports to execute Improvement projects and retro fitment job. 8.Planning and Coordination for Daily, weekly, Quarterly and Yearly breakdown activities with suppliers and contractors. 9.Upkeeping of Infra structures and maintenance activities for Civil, PEB, Carpentry and Plumbing with suppliers. 10.Coordinate and follow up on Breakdown / preventative maintenance of Utility equipment’s such as Electrical - HT breakers, Transformers, Generators, Solar, UPS, LT Panels, Synchronization panels, Electrical Luminaries, Earthing’s etc. 11.Coordinate and follow up on Breakdown / preventative maintenance of Utility equipment’s such as Mechanical - HVAC (Central and VRV system) - Chiller, AHU's, BIBO’s. low side works, Indoors & Outdoors, Air compressors and piping. Knowledge & experience of ISO 5 /6 / 7 & 8 Clean room. 12.Coordinate and follow up on Breakdown / preventative maintenance of Utility equipment’s such as Utilities - FAS system, Fire Hydrant & Sprinklers, Extinguishers, Lifts, STP and DI plants, water & diesel management etc. 13.Knowledge on calibration & testing of instruments and assist in performing Calibration activities for equipment. 14.Prepare and maintain spare part list Equipment / system wise and maintain the stock up to date with proper inventory. 15.Follow Quality standards for Preventive Maintenance, Breakdowns – MTBF, MTTR, Etc 16.Assist in marking layouts and providing suggestions and best practices according to industry standards. 17.Ensure H&S safety aspect while performing works with proper PPE and Guidelines. Your Profile: 1. Proven experience as a facilities Lead role with B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical qualification with 10-12 years of Experience. 2. Hands on experience of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, HVAC, Utilities, hydraulic & Pneumatic systems. 3. Knowledge of general and standard maintenance processes& method with H&S aspect. 4. Knowledge & hands-on experience on MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge is preferred. 5. Problem-solving skills, People Management (Suppliers & Contractors) and CFT Communication skill – Excellent communication skill with fluency in English.
