Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to Facility site, including Utilities, Electrical systems, boilers, HVAC, Fire protection, neutralization plant and area.
  • Performs repairs and maintenance in utilities, facilities, or on machines and equipment.
  • Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: mechanical, electrical and refrigeration.
  • Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • Uses hand and power tools.
  • Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.
  • Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development,
  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
  • Document tasks, repairs and maintenance activities through CMMS and service platforms (SAP and Service Now)
  • Ability to manage many clients at a time, utilities equipment, electrical main distribution panels, emergency generators etc.
  • Utilize Building automation to remotely control Air handling unitsPromote employee awareness/training on matters of environmental, health, and safety
