A well-respected luxury real estate company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Maintenance / Facilities Coordinator to help manage and maintain our beautiful commercial properties.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
3–5 years experience in property maintenance (residential or commercial)
Great communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multi task
Basic knowledge of maintenance work
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have a clean DMV record and be willing to travel locally
Must pass a background check and drug test
Looking for a long-term team member (no job hoppers)
