YOUR ROLE: FROM BUILDING VALIDATION TO TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP:

You’ll be instrumental in the building’s infancy stage, playing a crucial role in validating its performance and contributing to the development of our bespoke maintenance strategy. As the building matures, you’ll transition into a leadership role, building and managing a high-performing technical team. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrcial, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and effectively.
