Description Fortney Companies, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time, Facilities Maintenance Manager. The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for all general maintenance and enhancements to properties owned and operated by Fortney Companies in the La Crosse area. Responsibilities may include cleaning, painting, floor finishing, snow removal, outdoor maintenance, light electrical or plumbing, etc. for all rental and retail spaces as well as coordinating with vendors when greater needs arise. If you enjoy a "no two days are the same" environment and take pride in keeping properties in top shape, we want to talk to you. Ability to work in varied climate conditions Work independently with little supervision and maintain efficient work schedules Willingness to adjust to changes in expectations, processes and tasks as priority needs arise Ability to develop professional relationships with service providers and contractors Some travel required Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
