We’re in an exciting period of growth, making this the perfect time to join us in a pivotal role. We’re now recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Facilities/Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of site maintenance, health and safety, and facilities operations across our estate.

THE ROLE
We’re excited to introduce this brand new role, giving you the chance to shape it from the very start. We’re looking for someone practical, organised and varied in approach, who can help us put the right processes in place as we continue to grow.
A key part of the role will be ensuring we remain compliant with Health & Safety requirements, so knowledge of H&S processes is essential. You’ll also work closely with our Community Managers, making sure all facilities issues are logged and tracked through our new ticketing system.
As we don’t have a dedicated facilities team, this role will be central in building and maintaining a network of trusted contractors, while also being hands-on with day to day tasks. From carrying out small repairs in house to managing larger jobs through external support, you’ll play a big part in keeping our spaces running smoothly and safely.
Our largest sites are in Brighton and Crawley, so spending a significant amount of your time at these locations will be crucial, while also being able to travel easily across our other sites when needed.
