JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Manage and Plan the maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for smooth operations of the buildings with the Senior Management team.
  • Tracking and monitoring the maintenance programs and schedules.
  • Oversee the supervision of the buildings to ensure all systems (M&E , fire safety, pumps , oversee contractor for cleaning , landscaping etc) are running smoothly and safely.
  • Manage emergency and ad hoc repairs, breakdowns and trouble shooting. Providing technical support and advise the team and also act as the coordination point between the various subcontractors and/or Vendors.
  • Ensure the Facilities Maintenance team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with consultants and client.
  • Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
  • Conduct and inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the management.
  • Manage client expectation and built good rapport with the client side. Resolve all issues immediately and ensure facilities operations is well manage.
  • Any other FM duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
  • Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management/Engineering / Building / Real Estate or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
    5.5 Days work week
