Tessera is seeking a confident and capable Facilities Maintenance Manager who thrives on leadership, precision, and purpose. Overseeing total facilities at USAFA, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring mission-critical buildings and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and fully operational. You’ll lead skilled trades teams, manage daily maintenance activities, and uphold the highest standards of service and contract compliance.
