Key areas of focus – include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the smooth operations of the Development
• Administer routine inspection of the Development such as cleaning, security, refuse disposal, washroom services, building maintenance,sanitary and plumbing, mechanical and electrical, landscaping and pest control services are conducted
• Ensure that preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with the Contract requirements
• Overall smooth operation of the buildings as assigned and ensures that all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants and owners
• Manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the Development
• Handover and takeover of event spaces
• Assist the Property Manager with any duties assigned

Requirement:

• 5 day work week
• Will have to respond to any emergency works on site when needed
