QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant experience in computer-based business information management systems
  • Relevant experience in administrative customer service and / or service delivery roles working as part of a team delivering results.
  • Pronto asset management module knowledge desired but not essential.
  • Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the Scheduler – Facilities Maintenance role description.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Facilities and Maintenance Scheduler to work at the Facilities Maintenance Unit at South Coast Correctional Centre.
The Facilities Maintenance Scheduler role provides administrative and customer support services to facilitate the efficient operation of Corrective Services Industries (CSI) business units. Administers Facility Maintenance scheduling in accordance with agency policies and procedures, statutory requirements, and CSI business unit needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide a range of administrative and business support services, including issue of Facilities Maintenance work orders, effective record management and retention, conduct routine correspondence, meeting, and event coordination, and support the effective operation of Corrective Service Industries business units.
  • Coordinate and schedule staff and service providers to complete works within agency protocols and procedures and prescribed timelines and plans.
  • Delivering multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes, and milestones, given tight timeframes and the need to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and service providers, to ensure the efficient delivery of services in a customer centric work environment.
