Your Mission: As our Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your role is crucial in maintaining facility safety and functionality through scheduled preventive maintenance. You’ll work hand-in-hand with other maintenance experts on complex tasks, displaying a strong spirit of collaboration.

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES:

• Capacity to handle equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Prolonged standing, squatting, and reaching capabilities.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE:

• Operating high lifts for elevated tasks.
• Handling digital and analog multimeters for precision work.

• Engage in varied general maintenance duties such as painting, changing light bulbs and electric ballasts, ceiling tile replacements, and assisting with small constructions.
• Deliver routine equipment maintenance, handling lubrication, filter changes, belt swapping, and cleaner coil maintenance on equipment like compressors and chillers.
• Execute premises upkeep with rust treatment, exterior cleans, and rooftop maintenance.
