Job Responsibilities: Key Qualifications/Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field required, or equivalent experience. · 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive manufacturing preferred. · Experience in preventive maintenance, SAP, 5S, … · 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred. · Strong working knowledge of production equipment, industrial building systems and utilities. · Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements. · Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. · Ability to resolve issues using sound judgment. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. · Strong organizational and leadership skills. · Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
