FACILITES MAINTENANCE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (Part time)   Location: Fayetteville, AR, 72703   Job Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Support Technician assists in the daily operation, maintenance, and support of facility systems and workspace.  This role responds to service requests, performs routine and minor maintenance tasks, and supports facilities staff and vendors to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.     Key Responsibilities: * Respond to facility service requests and work orders in a timely manner * Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs * Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled tasks * Support building setup activities such as office moves, room configurations, and equipment installations * Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns * Assist and escort vendors and contractors during on-site work * Maintain tools, equipment, storage areas, and supply inventory * Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements * Document completed work and update maintenance logs or ticketing systems Qualifications & Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous facilities, maintenance, or technical support experience preferred * Basic understanding of building systems and general maintenance practices * Ability to safely use hand and power tools * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication and customer service skills * Basic computer or mobile device proficiency * Valid driver’s license may be required Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks * Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Work Environment: * Service-oriented, fast-paced environment * May include occasional after-hours or emergency support * Exposure to tools, equipment, and mechanical systems
