Description A hands-on, versatile team member responsible for the repair, upkeep, and daily maintenance of Club facilities and grounds. This role requires a broad skill set across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance, as well as support for tennis court upkeep and seasonal snow removal. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working across a wide range of tasks in a private club environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs to buildings, fixtures, equipment, and appliances. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate corrective action. Assist with daily and seasonal tennis court maintenance and setup. Support grounds upkeep, including exterior maintenance and minor landscaping. Perform snow and ice removal during the winter months as needed. Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and special projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or concerns promptly. Perform additional duties as assigned to support Club operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of facilities or maintenance experience preferred. Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license required. Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, climbing, and working outdoors. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during snow events as required.
