Description
We are looking for a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician, to oversee and perform maintenance and repair tasks on our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our members and staff. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and develop plans to address them effectively. Complete repairs and maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades, in collaboration with external contractors and vendors. preform preventive maintenance work to ensure the longevity and reliability of building systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring quality and following documentation requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role, with demonstrated experience in maintenance and repair tasks. Strong knowledge and of building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
