Essential Functions for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II Position: Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality. Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture. Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits. Minor HVAC preventative maintenance such as replacing filters. Replace door locks and hardware. Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits and preventative maintenance schedule. Small project work on an as needed basis. Utilize CMMS work order system. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II Position: Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude. 5 plus years of general maintenance experience. Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email. Must have the ability to complete required safety classes. Personal hand tools. Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical. Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check with fingerprints and drug test prior to employment.
