Description
Complete facilities PM's of varying scope (HVAC, mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, basic plumbing, etc) Perform routine building and grounds upkeep. Maintain a high standard of work cleanliness especially in respect to FOD requirements around the production spaces. Complete projects as assigned by supervisor and manager, generally in tandem with another technician or under general supervision Complete PM's and minor work orders without additional direction. Perform daily building inspections and rounds to assess possible work needs. Operate within the Facilities work order management software (creating, tracking, and closing work orders within the software). Other duties as assigned based on factory need. Working at heights; on ladders up to 15', aerial lifts, and on rooftops. High school diploma 3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/production setting, trade experience preferred. Ability to pass an ATF background check Knowledge and ability to work with basic hand and power tools to complete a variety of projects including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, construction, and groundskeeping. Strong verbal and written communication and basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office). Strong command of the English language with the ability to be instructed on and understand basic drawings and blueprints. Detail and cleanliness oriented with an ability to work on a timeline. Work independently with some supervision. Communicate with customers as needed to schedule repairs or complete work orders. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
