Description

Infinitek is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to find a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician for one of their key facilities.

Qualifications to be a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

  • Ability to perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings.
  • LOTO and Forklift certification required.
  • Understanding of basic hydraulic and electrical systems along with proper safety issues.
  • Understanding of electrical and hydraulic prints.
  • Understand and utilize general safety knowledge within the work environment
Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility and grounds as well as performing tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental, and safety at the MGS Richfield facility.

Key Responsibilities of Facilities Maintenance Technician:

  • Coordinates and performs building maintenance work.
  • Monitors equipment and conducts necessary testing.
  • Maintains accurate records of repairs and completes them as needed.
  • Uses IQMS Work Order system to track work performed and parts used.
  • Ensures building safety and compliance with code requirements.
  • May coordinate construction, remodels, and special projects.
  • Assists with supervising contractors and vendors.
  • Maintains relationships with contractors and vendors for efficient operations.
  • Manages procedures for handling hazardous materials and ensures MSDS accuracy.
