Summary: We're seeking a reliable and skilled Facility Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our building environment. Facilities Technicians work within the maintenance department. They are responsible for maintenance related duties on assets related to facilities. They work with the entire maintenance team to help the department achieve its goals and ensure good plant performance including providing a safe and clean work environment. Facilities Maintenance: Provide an exceptional level of customer service to the clients Reliability and performance of all assets related to facilities Performing maintenance related duties on facilities related assets including, but not limited to, preventative/predictive maintenance, repairs, breakdown response, etc. Coordinating with vendors as needed Maintain cleanliness of your work areas All other duties as assigned Assets covered are building, electrical, drains, HVAC, compressed air, etc. Safety and Compliance: Following all department and plant policies Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and systems Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and logs Requirements Qualifications: Experience: 2 of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions English required, bilingual a plus.
