QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, general mechanical trade or general contracting.
  • Skilled with power tools, ground maintenance equipment, electrical, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, paints, solvents, adhesives and able to operate PIT equipment.
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include working nights, required holidays, some weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime.
  • Must be available to work any shift, with possible adjusted hours during peak season. Requires minimum of forty hours per work week.
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
