What You’ll Do: As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll oversee all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including: Coordinating and supervising contractors for repairs and improvement projects Managing HVAC systems, emergency power, and utility usage Implementing building security protocols and snow removal plans Conducting routine inspections and handling day-to-day maintenance needs Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and documentation requirements Providing clear updates to leadership and resolving employee concerns Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus!) Valid NYS Driver’s License Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with hand tools, power tools, and facility management software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions
