SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PERFORMING A WIDE VARIETY OF FACILITIES REPAIRS. STRONG ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PLUMBING AND/OR HVAC SKILLS A PLUS. STARTING PAY BASED ON SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN EMPLOYEE BACKGROUND CHECK.
