Description SUMMARY: To fulfill all required maintenance needs as assigned, assuring all work is performed and completed in a safe and efficient manner. Perform multiple carpenter and maintenance tasks. Assist in many aspects of residential remodels, perform sheetrock repairs, basic electrical repair, appliance repair, and diagnostic, help with service-related tasks such as landscaping, and lawn mowing. In addition, you will perform siding repairs, installs, deck repairs, deck staining, painting, and improve the appearance of residential homes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for facility, grounds, and equipment maintenance in accordance with blueprints, manuals and codes. Performs established preventative maintenance per month. Performs furnace and air conditioning troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and minor repairs. Responsible for assisting with snow removal for agency facilities and residential homes. Building maintenance experience including physical structure repair, electrical and plumbing.
