MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – APARTMENT COMMUNITY

Continental Properties is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment community in Livingston, NJ. This is a non–live-in position focused on keeping our community and apartments in top condition.

• Perform repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, etc.).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, repairs, and general upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor building system issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, working order.
• Report major repair needs to the Property Manager.
• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and in compliance with safety guidelines.
