Facilities & Maintenance Worker The Maintenance Worker is responsible for providing quality custodial and janitorial services to Legends Hospitality locations throughout Rogers Centre. This role helps ensure all Legends food and beverage spaces, offices, locker rooms, and washrooms are clean, safe, and event-ready at all times. We succeed together as one unified team. The Role Duties & Responsibilities Clean and prepare Legends food and beverage equipment and locations for events. Clean and maintain Legends offices, locker rooms, and washrooms. Ensure all assigned locations are stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies. Perform waste management duties, including collection, sorting where required, and disposal. Complete small repairs and touch-up painting as directed. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks on time. Follow all safety, cleaning, and operational procedures as trained. Skills & Abilities Solid organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively as a team player and also as a self-motivated individual contributor. Fluent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work safely with cleaning products and equipment. Knowledge, Education, & Experience WHMIS certification required or willingness to obtain. Prior custodial, janitorial, or maintenance experience in a facility or hospitality environment is an asset. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs. Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Frequent standing and walking while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Frequent bending, reaching, and other physical movements associated with custodial work.
