We are seeking a dedicated and skilled maintenance worker to join our team and ensure our hospital’s infrastructure remains in optimal condition. Key Responsibilities • Yard maintenance that includes mowing, weed eating, weed pulling and spraying. • Back-up for Inventory when purchaser is gone. • Maintain all yard equipment. • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations. • Snow removal of all parking and sidewalks. • Assist with the setup and maintenance of hospital equipment and furnishings. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hospital policies. • Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. • Collaborate with other hospital staff to identify and address maintenance needs. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
