Description

We are looking for a Facilities Management (FM) Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This is a strategic and hands-on role that supports clients in optimising the performance, sustainability, and resilience of their built environments. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will deliver tailored FM strategies that improve operational efficiency, manage risk, and drive long-term value.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to shape high-impact solutions across a range of sectors. From advising on regulatory compliance and cost-efficiency to overseeing upgrades and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, your insights will support better decision-making across every stage of the property lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities consultancy or a senior FM role within a corporate setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, compliance standards, and FM best practices.
  • Proficiency in FM software platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent project management and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across functions.
  • Proactive and strategic, with the ability to navigate complex problems effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence in working with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, IT, and operations.
  • Coordinate site visits, remote consultations, and occasional travel to client locations.
  • Strong working knowledge of international building codes, health and safety legislation, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement and coordination of contractors, vendors, and service providers.
