About the apprenticeship: We are looking for individuals to join our facilities management team, who work every day to maintain the safety, security, and wellbeing, of both our buildings, and teams who work in them. This team plays a key role in delivering our mission and ensuring we are compliant with government regulations. As an apprentice, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted aspects of workplace management such as managing welfare concerns, undertaking risk-based inspections, supporting emergency training exercises, managing, and authorising new works requests. Other aspects include working with Project teams, reviewing and approving safe systems of work packs for breakdowns and maintenance, liaising with and supporting residential groups, and networking with customers. Location: Aldermaston/Reading area Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026 Annual leave will not be granted from 1st September until 2nd October 2026 due to mandatory inductions you are required to complete as part of your apprenticeship.
