Job Description Egis is seeking a Facilities Management Senior Consultant with strong technical FM and energy management expertise to support FM advisory, technical due diligence, operational readiness, and asset management assignments across complex building portfolios. The role is client facing and delivery focused, requiring candidates to independently lead assignments from technical assessments and site reviews through to reporting, operational recommendations, and commercial deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead FM advisory and technical due diligence assignments end to end Conduct technical condition assessments for MEP, HVAC, BMS, electrical, ELV, fire and life safety systems, and building fabric Assess statutory compliance, operational risks, and lifecycle requirements Translate technical findings into CAPEX, OPEX, lifecycle, and operational risk impacts Develop FM operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery structures Support FM transition, mobilization, handover, and operational readiness activities Build OPEX models aligned with local and regional benchmarks Support FM procurement strategies, contracts, and technical specifications Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering 6 to 8 years of experience in FM consulting, technical advisory, or technical FM operations Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, lifecycle costing, and FM operating models Experience in technical due diligence and condition assessments Experience in FM on ground experience is an advantage Understanding of GCC statutory and compliance requirements Experience in FM solutioning, budgeting, and OPEX Modelling GCC experience required CFM, CEM, ISO 41001, or ISO 50001 certifications preferred Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Advisory Direct Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Consultancy
