Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced FM Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of soft and hard services across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and a background in supervising FM operations in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP operations & maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems and work order management.
  • Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid UAE driving license .
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP technicians and subcontractors across all sites.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP services.
  • Review and close work orders, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timelines and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating major faults to the Facilities/Operations Engineer.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on maintenance activities, manpower allocation, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Support project handovers, snag rectifications, and assist in mobilization of new contracts.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to technicians.
  • Coordinate with the client/management team for smooth execution of maintenance services.
