JOB PURPOSE
To work alongside an experienced team of maintenance and site management colleagues to ensure seamless operation of the property and facilities at Scottow Enterprise Park.
This is an exciting role within a major Norfolk business hub. You will operate as part of a team including Estate Management, Operations, Business Support and Maintenance. There is a mix of structured tasks to ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations, alongside project-based tasks where you will be working with the team to improve site facilities.
The role of Facilities Management Supervisor will suit someone who wants to work in a collaborative and challenging environment. There is an emphasis on customer service, dealing with multiple workstreams, undertaking challenging conversations and driving changes to improve tenant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Estates Team to ensure a ‘’Health and Safety first’’ culture across the site.
Supervise implementation of planned preventative maintenance programmes, ensuring all work is conducted to best industry practice.
Supervise operations to ensure site facilities and services are operational and compliant. Assist in the delivery of facility improvement works and site projects.
Work to grow the pool of capable contractors and suppliers through positive recruitment drives using new attentive contractors / suppliers of relevant size, quality, and ability.Monitoring performance through procurement and review processes.
Plan and schedule third-party suppliers and contractors. Liaise with contractors and suppliers on site.
Manage operational site facilities and services ensuring statutory compliance. Assist in the delivery of facility improvement works.
Work to continuously improve processes through HIL, s internal employee suggestion scheme.
Manage coordination of landlord statutory compliance on site, including but not limited to asbestos management, legionella control, fire safety, electrical safety, gas safety, unit inspections and more.
Manage the HIL ‘Maintain X Help desk’ provision ensuring systems are being run correctly.
Support with operational recruitment and in the identification of training programmes for the team. Support in the day-to-day operational management of the maintenance team, monitoring works progress to completion.
To assist in maintaining the site continuity plan to include all relevant details for actions for different types of building emergencies and proposed actions to be taken. To include up to date provision for emergency contractor attendance information.
Supervise site security provision with regular checking of cover to ensure performance.
Work to improve the environmental footprint of the site by exploring ways to implement new legislation and options to reduce the carbon footprint. Maintain the EPC record and monitor EPC certification to current required standards.
Assist with providing research and data analysis to enable projects to proceed / provision of accurate reporting as required.
Manage site induction process for new tenants and businesses.
Manage the site hire agreement process and ensure all required agreed services are provided to customers.
Manage service charge records to ensure up to date and correctly administered.
Be responsible for ensuring estate records are up to date.
Carry out other duties appropriate to the nature and grade of the post, as directed by the line manager.
