On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Facilities Management - Support & Maintenance for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3+ days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT- SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This project involves providing operational support to the Facilities & Maintenance team, allowing team members to focus on the new tech ecosystem project. The role requires maintaining facility conditions and ensuring operational and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of daily operational tasks to maintain facility conditions.
  • Travel and conduct inspections to ensure facilities meet operational and safety standards.
  • Perform light repairs and building maintenance.
  • Assist with managing facilities furniture inventory and storage, including delivering and installing small furniture items.
  • Provide flexible coverage and step in as needed to support the team.
  • Provide rotational on-call support for facilities emergencies.
