Description

Are you a proactive maintenance technician with a keen eye for detail, a good hand with a paint brush and able to fix any problem with a can-do approach? Do you want to work within a fast-paced team delivering an excellent in-house facilities service to London’s leading flexible office provider?
With naturally high standards and a positive individual and team-based approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure the highest quality of experience is available for our customers. You will focus on ensuring our buildings are always looking their best and that day-to-day repairs are carried out quickly, efficient and safely to provide operationally excellent environment for our customers.
You will assist the FM Team’s Compliance Strategies by observing all health & safety guidelines and undertaking key safety checks such as Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting Tests and water hygiene Tap Temp checks
Working with your onsite Centre Management and Facilities Management team you will provide an excellent repair, decoration and support service toward our customer centric FM delivery.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations & Procedures is desirable

Responsibilities
  • Undertaking general maintenance, decorative tasks and first-fix repairs to fixtures/fittings and building services.
  • Carrying out key compliance checks and tests
  • Carrying out decorative repairs and improvements to keep our buildings to a high standard of décor
  • Delivering the highest standard of Customer Experience
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £34,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
