Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintenance & upkeep of company’s facilities at all warehouses. Manage and handle Annual electrical licensing and any other licenses for renewal. Source for contractors / quotations for necessary maintenance work and review the maintenance term contracts Handle A&A works and renovation projects. Experience in SFA licensing applications will be an advantage. Responsible for steering the warehouse operations to the agreed SLAs and KPIs Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment Effectively ensure that the implementation of policies, procedures and work standards are met Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities and escalate any malfunction to the Realty Facility Manager Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. Qualifications Facility related / relevant diploma certificate Fire safety manager and Workplace Health Safety certificate will be advantageous Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with relevant safety, health and environmental regulations in the real estate and property management industry Compensation: up to SGD 2400 - monthly

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, facility maintenance, and the renewal of electrical and other necessary licenses. Manage contractors, renovation projects, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
