EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar operational role, ideally in a fast-paced or luxury brand environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and collaborate across various departments to meet business needs.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining standards of excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with external contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Facilities Manager to join our team at Au Vodka HQ. This role will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and functionality of our headquarters, ensuring that the space reflects the quality and standards of our brand. You will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that our offices, production areas, and common spaces are maintained to the highest standards, and supporting a positive, well-functioning environment for all employees.
