Facilities Manager Full-time – 24-month contract Camberwell, VIC   About the Role We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality facilities services across our portfolio. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our buildings, infrastructure, and assets are maintained to the highest standards, creating safe, compliant, and welcoming environments for residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities * Manage essential services compliance and maintenance programs * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites * Lead contractor performance, tenders, and service agreements * Deliver capital works projects on time and within budget * Support asset management planning and lifecycle strategies * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team * Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control * Ensure compliance with accreditation, safety, and WHS standards   About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following: * Proven experience in facilities, contractor, and project management * Strong technical knowledge of building infrastructure and maintenance * Experience with essential safety measures and compliance * Demonstrated leadership and team development skills * Solid budgeting and asset management experience   What We Offer * Purpose-driven organisation making a real difference * Supportive team and collaborative culture * Opportunity to lead and influence across a diverse portfolio   About us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
