KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale facilities, budgets, and maintenance teams.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance systems and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
  • Budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Facility Operations & Maintenance:
  • Oversee daily facility operations, including building maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and utilities.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain updated safety records.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including janitorial services, maintenance contractors, and other service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure services are delivered according to contract standards.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget, controlling expenditures, and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Track expenses and forecast future costs related to repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee facility-related projects, such as renovation, construction.
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Sustainability & Energy Efficiency:
  • Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainability practices to reduce environmental impact.
  • Monitor and track energy usage, aiming for operational cost reductions.
  • Emergency Response & Business Continuity:
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring the safety of employees and facilities in case of an emergency.
  • Coordinate with the crisis management team during emergencies or disasters.
