Salary Banding : $100-120,000 plus Superannuation

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CMMS systems
Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-profile client site in Sydney’s CBD. This client-facing role will see you working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility.
The ideal candidate will be approachable, highly organised, and ready to step into a fast-paced environment, confidently managing multiple priorities while fostering strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee facilities operations and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Lead a small, collaborative on-site team, supporting and guiding their daily activities
  • Monitor compliance with WHS&E requirements and company procedures
  • Manage contractors and suppliers to meet service standards
  • Produce operational, compliance, and financial reporting as required
