QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in facilities management.
• Relevant qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement.

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Manage the facilities budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the facilities management field.
• Lead a dedicated team of facilities professionals to achieve high-performance standards.
