PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

BGIS is seeking a highly capable Facilities Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a high-profile aviation contract at a critical site. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you’ll lead a small team and manage service delivery, compliance, and subcontractor performance, while ensuring contractual, financial, and safety KPIs are consistently met.
This full-time role is based Onsite at Brisbane Airport , with free parking . The role includes participation in a 1-in-4 week on-call rotation , providing operational continuity for a 24/7 client environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead onsite service delivery to meet performance and compliance targets.
• Develop and manage budgets, invoices, and contractor performance.
• Build strong relationships with the client through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Oversee subcontractor management, site safety, and risk compliance.
• Coordinate reporting, inspections, and audits.
