CBRE is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused person to join our award-winning Charter Hall account team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. Based in Sydney, this role offers hands-on exposure to a portfolio of six premium commercial buildings and the chance to collaborate with experienced on-site FM teams to deliver outstanding results.
You’ll be exposed to a diverse mix of buildings and FM responsibilities, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and long-term asset performance.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial assets, coordinating building services and maintenance
  • Collaborate with site-based Facilities Managers, contractors and Charter Hall stakeholders to uphold safety, compliance and presentation
  • Provide leave coverage across the portfolio and contribute to reporting, contractor management and asset improvements
