An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the facilities industry.
They are looking for a site based Facilities Manager to work on at a high profile commercial building in the London Victoria. The building is home to a leading financial institution and the main purpose of the role will be to ensure that all facilities within the building are maintained to a very high standard.

• Management of building maintenance including reactive and planned maintenance
• Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and smooth operation of all company buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Develop and manage facilities budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate office moves, refurbishments, and renovation projects
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules
• Respond to emergency repairs and facility-related issues promptly
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance certifications

Applicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria:

• 2-3 years of proactive facilities or office management experience within a corporate environment
• Good understanding of key office infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple overlapping priorities and manage own workload
• Strong understanding of Microsoft office suite and in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• IOSH Working/Managing Safely
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
