Who You Are Seeking an energetic, personable, dependable individual to join a dynamic team responsible for the management and operations of a large Government campus in Chantilly, Virginia. The Facilities Manager serves as the primary contact for building occupants and is an active team member responsible for maintaining high standards by ensuring that all operational activities and services meet or exceed customer expectations. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (preferred). Minimum 10 years’ experience in facilities management, property management, construction or related field. Must be detailed oriented, organized, and possess strong customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the government Facilities Management Team Serve as the primary contact for building occupants to promptly address service requests and complaints Track and ensure timely completion of service requests and work tickets Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections Assist the DOMAIN team with coordinating recurring services and repairs, including site and vault access, security monitors, and customer communication Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with building occupants and government customer Conduct weekly customer service satisfaction surveys Manage tenant related issues and communicate any facility problems to management Ensure assigned deliverables are submitted timely and in compliance with the DOMAIN SOW Perform periodic building and cleaning inspections and submit work tickets for any deficiencies found Peterson Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, marital status, or any other basis protected by law.
