Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the building including engineering, safety, cleaning, and vendor performance
  • Ensure compliance across contracts, reporting, and documentation
  • Build relationships with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders to deliver responsive and efficient support
  • Prepares budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed
