Construction Manager, Stringing & Technology
The opportunity
The Construction Manager, Stringing and Technology is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of all construction projects related to Infravision's transmission technology in Australia. This includes working with pilots, ground operators, transmission line workers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
The Construction Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing new construction techniques and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Infravision's transmission projects in Australia.

What You’ll Do
The successful individual will form an integral part of the Australian team delivering and representing Infravision products and values and will have flexible work arrangements when not required to be in the field supporting projects and customers.
Plan for and deliver projects
- Plan, manage, and execute the delivery of Australian projects using Infravision products and methods
- Work with engineers, manufacturing, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Provide subject matter expertise in the utility line work, field operations, UAS stringing operations, construction site integration, and Infravision products
- Oversee the performance of employees and provide feedback and coaching
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Approve and manage changes to project scope and deliverables
- Communicate with project stakeholders, including customers, regulatory agencies, and the public
- Maintain compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Product Support: when our products are being utilised to deliver projects you will;
- Facilitate operator training, proficiency and currency
- Facilitate product maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Be the primary customer point of contact to receive Infravision product feedback and improvement opportunities
- Communicate all key customer product feedback to the manufacturing, engineering and operations functions for inclusion in product development and improvement processes
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on transmission technology and stringing methodologies
- Proven track record of success in managing and completing complex transmission construction projects in Australia
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians
- Proficient in project management software and reporting requirements
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental legislation, policies and awareness
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license

Facilities Manager
Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing oversight of the Facilities function within the site operations division. The Facilities Manager will work closely with the Cushman & Wakefield Site Operations Leads at each site and the other Facilities Managers in region and globally to ensure they are providing a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors, are meeting our contractual obligations and day to day deliverables and applying a consistent and methodical approach to their processes. This role will work closely with the Global Asset & Facilities Management CoE Lead to maintain, review and evolve the processes and playbooks and to deliver the Asset Lifecycle Management Plan and all capital projects.

About the role:
- Ensure the assigned portfolio complies with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, well-maintained, and serviceable workplace in line with agreed standards and client expectations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to risks, hazards, incidents, emergencies, and operational issues.
- Develop and execute the Site Facilities Management & Operations Plan, covering inspections, planned and reactive maintenance, and site upkeep.
- Manage and optimise suppliers and service providers, including sourcing, contracting, performance management, and relationship management.
- Prepare and deliver regular facilities management reports covering site performance, incidents, costs, budgets, and service delivery.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX planning, budgeting, cost control, tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee commercial contracting and Procure-to-Pay processes, including work orders, purchase orders, approvals, and vendor payments.
- Provide specialist facilities management expertise, advice, and support to C&W and client stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and optimisation of facilities services and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate facilities documentation and records, including manuals, plans, drawings, reports, procedures, and guidelines.
- Lead and manage direct and indirect reports, including employee engagement, goal setting, performance management, and development.
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, maintain high levels of engagement and satisfaction, and support other business requirements as needed.
About you:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in leading, developing and coaching remote teams
- Strong experience in Facilities Management operations in corporate office environments where the client is an occupier
- Strong experience in regulatory compliance, Australian and international standards
- Experience in similar sized portfolios, complex corporate hierarchies and preferably as an outsourced service provider
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client-focus and customer experience mindset essential
- Strong experience in stakeholder/contractor management
- A degree or diploma in a related area such as Facilities Manager, CRE or property management or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience in operating in a continuous improvement framework
- Proven leadership ability, administrative ability, technical background and project responsibility experience required
