Description
An opportunity exists for a Facilities Manager, based in our Auckland office, to support the effective management of Downer’s property portfolio across New Zealand. This role is responsible for ensuring facilities are managed in line with lease obligations, Zero Harm principles and statutory requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the position also contributes to property projects, capital works, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
