Description

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: 2 years of college or vocational school certification
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of facilities and property maintenance; supervisory experience with direct reports preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to assist with property maintenance, such as light electric, plumbing, building repair, and landscaping work.
  • Ability to lift 10 – 40 pounds.
  • Ability to access various buildings and areas of the community property with no restrictions.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8 – 5 with on call availability
Travel Requirements: Some local travel required with the use of a personal vehicle
