JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing a growing container self storage business. We are Self Storage currently have operational sites in Weston Super Mare and Lower Weare, a new site is due to open 1st October in Taunton and another site in Somerset is scheduled to open early November. Each storage site has an onsite office which you will work from.
100 lock up garages are also owned by the owners mainly around the Gloucester area which you will also be managing.
A company van, tools, laptop and mobile will be provided.

• On boarding new customers.
• Taking all phone calls, works mobile will be provided where landline calls are forwarded to.
• Maintaining sites - Visiting each self storage site at least once a week and making sure its clean and tidy, weeding if required and general upkeep. Prepare any containers for new clients if there has been a move out.
• Support the setup of new sites.
• Marketing new and existing sites - Erecting signage in local area, social accounts and calling local businesses.
• Detailed record keeping using spreadsheets and self store software (Training will be provided).
• Maintaining high occupancy rates at the sites
