We're now seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey. ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Develop and implement a comprehensive site management programme, including preventative maintenance schedules and asset lifecycle planning Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, policies and best practices Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, servicing and repair of site facilities day to day, facilities equipment and various equipment that supports the operation. Lead facility refurbishment, renovation and improvement projects to enhance site performance and functionality Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, including energy efficiency and sustainability programmes ✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Facilities Management experience in a warehouse Understanding processes for repair & maintenance & the ability to action this Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Compliance regulations Experience driving cost efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives ✅WHY JOIN US?
